No Hosted Content

Thotbot functions strictly as an indexing and organizational tool for users to manage their own valid subscriptions. We do not host, store, copy, or distribute any copyrighted media files on our servers. All content displayed via the Service is loaded directly from the original third-party source or external file hosts authorized by the user's subscription.

DMCA Compliance & Takedowns

Because Thotbot does not host any content, we do not have the technical ability to remove or delete copyrighted files. If you believe your content is being used unlawfully, we recommend sending a DMCA takedown notice directly to the website or file host where the content is actually stored.

Important: If you believe a user is using our tool to facilitate piracy or unauthorized access, please contact us with evidence, and we will investigate and take appropriate action against the user's account under our Repeat Infringer policy.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. Archiving content you do not own or have rights to is strictly prohibited.
