No Content Hosting

Thotbot functions strictly as an automated indexing and protocol client. We do not host, store, replicate, or publicly distribute any copyrighted digital media on our servers.

All archived streams are fetched directly by user-authorized worker requests from the original third-party platform origin or their authorized Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).

DMCA Compliance & Takedowns

Because Thotbot operates without media hosting infrastructure, our systems lack the technical capability to expunge files residing on third-party servers. Copyright holders should submit DMCA notices directly to the primary host hosting the underlying file.

Notice of Unauthorized Access: If you have evidence indicating an individual is utilizing Thotbot to circumvent authorization boundaries or facilitate mass piracy, submit your report to our compliance team with supporting records.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with applicable law and platform standards, we maintain a policy of terminating accounts belonging to users identified as repeat infringers or those engaging in unauthorized commercial reproduction.
